Why buy these $500+ phones new and get stuck with a 2-yr contract when the phone doesn’t last even a year?
It’s almost like BAIT & SWITCH by AT&T. They stop “carrying” the particular expensive phone in less than a year so when the phone dies in a few months AT&T won’t have to exchange it with a new one for you… but they got your contract for 2 years… with a cheaper phone in exchange. Before wasting your money on a new expensive AT&T smartphone, ask yourself if you’re ok with having to warranty exchange your new phone with a USED refurbished one in less than a year.

As a former Apple IPhone owner, I have to say that I am so much happier with my Blackberry! This phone has so many different applications, the Internet browser is faster, the user-friendly features are genius, etc. I just can’t say enough about this awesome phone. It’s a shame that I had to suffer with my lousy, overrated IPhone for almost two years!

8900 just came in today. I upgraded from an 8310. Lets just say this phone was MADE for me =P Everythings better.. video cam, more games, quiet keys, looks better, faster, lighter, etc. The LED indicator is kind of blinding, but other than that it’s a great phone. My favorite part is, the trackball already comes black so you can’t tell if its dirty or not (trackball on 8310 is white lol. Overall great phone so far…we’ll see though ;]

I have had this phone for 3 months and have kept it in mint condition – 2 days ago I was texting on it when the screen when white and a small black spot showed up on the inside of the screen. When I took it to the warranty exchange they told me that they consider this damage that I created and won’t honor the warranty. I have NO clue how this crack could have formed considering the outside doesnt even have the slightest hint at damage. Be careful when using this phone.
